Afraid of Heights is the fifth studio album by the Canadian band Billy Talent, released on July 29, 2016. It is the band's first album in 4 years following 2012's Dead Silence. It is also the band's first album recorded without drummer Aaron Solowoniuk who had suffered a multiple sclerosis relapse and had to take a hiatus from recording and performing to focus on his health. Jordan Hastings of Alexisonfire and Say Yes recorded the drums for the album and is playing on the subsequent supporting tour. The album sold approximately 53,000 units in its first week.

Unstable is Adema's second and also final album to feature its original lineup with vocalist Mark Chavez departing from the band after its release and then again after their reunion. It was released on August 12, 2003. It has sold about 400,000 copies worldwide. Its radio single was the self-titled song "Unstable", which also had a music video, but it didn't get very much radio play. Many songs relied more on instrumentation and harmony instead of distortion in comparison to their previous album, but the album also has some of the band's most aggressive work. It was less successful than their first album, debuting at number 43 on the Billboard 200 before quickly falling off the chart.

Planets is Adema's third album. This was the band's first and only album with Luke Carracioli, who left the band on October 25, 2005, citing "personal differences". The album was released by Earache Records on April 5, 2005. It obtained a peak position of 152 on the Billboard 200 before falling off. The album featured three singles: "Tornado", "Shoot the Arrows", and the self-titled track "Planets"; the single "Planets" was featured in the movie Cry Wolf. Planets is the first Adema album not to feature the Explicit Content sticker on its case, despite the fact that "Bad Triangle" contains profanity.

Cyr (stylized in all caps) is the eleventh studio album by American alternative rock band the Smashing Pumpkins, released on November 27, 2020, on Sumerian Records. Produced by band leader Billy Corgan, the album was preceded by the release of ten of its songs as singles, and features a synth-pop aesthetic, with Corgan actively seeking out a "contemporary" sound during the recording process. The release of Cyr was accompanied by a five-part animated series, In Ashes, written by Corgan and directed by Mike Anderson, which served as official videos for five of the album's tracks.
