Featuring on the current Brazilian scene, POÇOS & NUVENS is a band that is conquering more and more popularity among the prog scene world-wide. With great musicianship, the band uses a wide range of instruments, where violins and flutes compete for attention with great keyboards textures and extraordinary guitar arrangements. Many influences are present on their music, but it's obvious that JETHRO TULL and YES stand out here, as well as some Italian classics.

A blending of all those influences results on the finest symphonic music, having all the necessary ingredients in place to please every prog style's fans. Vocals are in Portuguese, bringing themes from southern brazil on the lyrics at many times. There are significant changes from song to song, keeping a fresh feel along the albums. The band showed great musicianship already at their debut album "Ano Veloz Outono Dentro" but the second release "Provincia Universo" features among the 10 top albums of 2001.
