Jayo Felony was a member of the Neighborhood Rollin 40's,

Take a Ride is the debut album by rapper Jayo Felony.
The album was released in 1995 for Jam Master Jay Records
and was produced by Jam Master Jay, T-Funk and Randy Allen.
The album made it to #65 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop album chart.
