Surrender is a 1971 album by Diana Ross. It was her third solo LP for the Motown label. It reached #56 in the USA (#10 R&B) and sold over 200,000 copies. The album would be Ross' final studio album until the Touch Me in the Morning LP two years later. In the interim between the albums, Ross achieved Motown's goal of becoming a star thanks to her starring role in the 1972 Billie Holiday biopic Lady Sings the Blues.
