A parallel to Martha Velez, Jean Turk answered the call of Blighty's Cream, left America and followed the siren notes of Clapton's guitar to England, ending up recording and gigging around the Northampton area in the early seventies. She hooked up with guitarist Anthony Barford of Axe and Crystalline, recorded with Steve Giles of Dark, and later at Spaceward in Cambridge.
