Since the name of ALL THAT I BLEED popped up at the list Progged Radio and Seismic Radio (mostly DJ ZERO HOUR show), I had been curious how they sound like. Although I heard a tune from Progged Radio show, I did not have a chance to check out the music entirely until this month. From this week, I concentrate on listening to ALL THAT I BLEED's debut album called Dying To Remember. Overall, I start getting intrigued by their heavy guitar-driven powerful prog metal very much. I was not familiar with the bands from Puerto Rico, Central America, most
Latin American countries (except for Sepultura, Angra, and Dimension). All That I Bleed made really fine driving prog metal music on Dying To Remember. Esp., I like epic tracks like Dying To Remember, Horizons (This really rocks!!), Promise of Life (lots of interesting movements). Recommended band for fans of Auditory Imagery, Fates Warning, Mercury Rising, and Seventh Sign. All That I Bleed is one of best recent newcomers along with Dimension, Elsesphere, Scenario, Perfect Symmetry, Nemesis, and Seventh Wonder. In addition, All That I Bleed's music has some kind of
Latin Music energy and passion, esp., from intelligent arrangement of each track and vocal melodies of Leonardo Rivera.... Yes, Leonardo Rivera has really nice voice. His vocal performance has
soul and passion. I like his singing quite a lot. Intricate ensemble and interesting
instrumental movements are noticeable to enjoy this kind of
progressive metal :-) All That I Bleed is promising act for prog metal listeners.
