ALL TOO HUMAN - ENTROPY - 2004

ALL TOO HUMAN is a progressive metal band from the United States. The band is influenced by such groups as RUSH, QUEENSRYCHE, DREAM THEATER, FATES WARNING, SYMPHONY X, LED ZEPPELIN, and BLACK SABBATH (just to name a few). They have released two self-produced and self-financed CD's: "Forever and a Day" (1998) and "Entropy" (2002). A third CD, "Entropy" (European version - 2004) has been released on Steelheart Records from Italy.

In May 1998, the band finalized their first CD and released it in August 1998 on R/R Records. "Forever and a Day" was the result of ALL TOO HUMAN's exhausting efforts and shows the perseverance of these musicians and their desire to showcase their material to the world of music. In early 1999, ALL TOO HUMAN parted ways with singer Paul Vander and guitarist Chris McIuan. Clint Wilson took over on guitar duties in March 1999. Don DuZan joined the band as lead vocalist in June 2000.

In February 2002, ALL TOO HUMAN's second CD, "Entropy", was released. Once again, it was recorded at R/R Studios in Lake Jackson, Texas. This amazing sophomore release from this diverse metal band is a technical yet still melodic and powerful showcase of progressive/power metal. "Entropy" also contains a special guest on keyboards - Derek Sherinian (current PLANET X and former DREAM THEATER). The distribution for "Entropy" is being handled by Nightmare Records. "Entropy" (European release) is available through Steelheart Records in Italy. "Forever and a Day" is currently out of print and only available through the band.

In the fall of 2004, ALL TOO HUMAN performed at ProgPower Europe in the Netherlands. This performance closed out their first tour of Europe, which included 6 shows (4 with the Dutch prog rock band Sanity) and the band can't wait to go back for more. ATH played 2 additional shows in Texas before the European tour. Shows on the West Coast, Texas, and the East Coast will hopefully be scheduled for 2005. The band is currently recording demos for their 3rd studio CD with a tentative release date of December 2005 and hopes to return for an extended tour of Europe in the fall of 2006.

ALL TOO HUMAN is continuing efforts to land deals with labels in the U.S., Europe, Japan, and South America. They are writing new, heavier material with an emphasis on melodic song structure. They hope to gain exposure for their first two releases and also hope to find interest in their projects from fans, labels, rock magazines, and webzines from around the world.
