Pearl coming from New Zealand, formed in the late 60 in the capital Wellington. The trio Tumburlaine began playing covers in smalls pubs and local universities and ended up highlighting, in the next decade released two albums and others singles. Unfortunately the band disbanded in 1973 after changes in line-up, yet several members followed career in music.
Post here their debut "Say No More", of 1972, with several guest musicians. It consists of 8 songs, majority short, with a predominance of
folk rock and doses of country and psychedelia, recalling some British names at the time. The music is beautiful, serene and well arranged, with acoustic guitars, piano, percussion, flute, banjo and various times of choir, with hippie and trip theme. The memorable "The Flame of Thoriman" is the highlight, despite being a solid job.
