Gregg Bissonette is back with his third solo album release and his first
pop vocal album. Warning Will Robinson is a dynamic modern
fusion of
rock,
pop, electronica, dubstep,
funk, bebop, and
jazz, along with epic drum solos, heavy-hitting guitars, and a lost-in-space futuristic vibe. The album includes a second disc with play-along drum-stripped tracks, and it features Matt Bissonette on bass and backing vocals, with guest musicians Ron Cohen, George Bernhardt, Doug Bossi, Ellis Hall, Danny Jacob, Wally Minko, and Dan Strain.
Gregg Bissonette is a Grammy Award-winning drummer who has played with some of the biggest names in the music industry, including Ringo Starr, Santana, James Taylor, David Lee Roth, Toto, Linda Ronstadt, Andrea Bocelli, Brian Wilson, Smash Mouth, The Doobie Brothers, Barry Manilow, Ozzy Osbourne, The Brian Setzer
Big Band, Enrique Iglesias, and Spinal Tap, to name just a few. He’s played on scores for TV (Friends and 10 Years) and film, including Waiting for Guffman, Best in Show, The Mighty Wind, The Devil Wears Prada, American Pie, The Bucket List, and Enchanted. He has played on American Idol, as well as on the Academy Award-winning song "Man or Muppet" from the major motion picture The Muppets. Bissonette also played on the Grammy winning albums Santana Supernatural and Live in Osaka with Larry Carlton and Steve Lukather.
