Дебютный альбом немецкой группы Atargatis увидел свет лишь через девять лет после основания коллектива. Возможно, данный альбом не привлек бы к себе внимание поклонников готического металла, если бы не несколько обстоятельств. Обстоятельство первое: вокальные партии на диске исполнили Stephanie Luzie (Darkwell) и Stefan Hertrich (Darkseed, Betray My Secrets, Spi-Ritual). Обстоятельство второе: партии бас-гитары на "Wasteland" прописал Martin Motnik (Darkseed), а перкуссию и флейту - Moritz Neuner (Leaves Eyes, Atrocity). Обстоятельство третье: мастеринг альбома произвел Alexander Krull (Leaves Eyes, Atrocity). Все упомянутые люди в особом представлении не нуждаются. В музыкальном плане альбом представляет собой качественный готический металл с женским вокалом. Использование в записи скрипки, флейты, а также симфонических аранжировок придают альбому атмосферность.
