Jerry "Boogie" McCain (1930–2012). This 1987 reissue/release has a different front and back cover than the 1980 release. (1980 release here: Jerry McCain - Black & Blues). This album is a curious assembly that gathers some success from 1960, already published elsewhere, a session of 1972 (with an unissued song) and another 1975 session completely new. Unfortunately, concerning the latter sessions, musicians remain unknown. It is, therefore, a rather uneven record as there are many in the Jerry Mac Cain discography. From 1975 sides, we note the exciting "Love whip", the slow-blues "If I'm your fool" but also "I'll come running back for more".
